To be effective, government must be responsive ÃÂ providing information and services efficiently to all who live, work and play within its borders. Abu Dhabi takes this philosophy to new heights with its e-Government Web portal.
Experts call the portal a "service transformation program" because it transcends all government departments, authorities and administrations, said H.E. Rashed Lahj Al Mansoori, director general of the Abu Dhabi Systems and Information Centre, which coordinates the services provided through the portal.
